Occasionally, a merchant will be unable to complete your order because the item you requested is either currently on back order. When this happens, your SmartPay lease payment plan is cancelled.

Your upfront payment for your order which appeared on your bank statement as: SMARTPAY-CHG.COM (925) 298-6109 is refunded when cancellations occur.

Please allow 3 to 5 business days for this refund to appear in your account.
