Can I return an item I lease?


Yes, just follow these steps:

  1. Return your items to the merchant per their return policy
  2. Let the merchant refund the order amount to the SmartPay Virtual Payment Card
  3. Adjust your lease payment plan by contacting us by email or phone. Hours: 877-379-6010, 7:00 AM PT to 7:00 PM PT, Mondays - Fridays and from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM PT on Sundays.

Each store has its own return policy, so please check with them to see what their return window is. You may also return items after the return window directly to SmartPay and end your lease. Tap here to contact us.
